Booking Terms & Conditions

We believe in being transparent, fair, and respectful of your travel plans — and ours too. Please take a moment to review our simple booking and cancellation policy.

Deposits

To confirm your booking, I kindly request a small deposit.

This helps protect against last-minute cancellations or no-shows, as I remain responsible for costs such as driver wages and lost tour opportunities.

How to Pay Your Deposit

I accept deposits via Wise (formerly TransferWise): www.wise.com

  • It’s a secure, easy-to-use platform.

  • You’ll need to create an account, but this can be deleted after your transaction if you wish.

  • Wise charges modest fees, and I will receive the exact amount in Thai Baht after fees.

Please contact me first so I can provide my Wise account details before you make the transfer.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

To cancel a booking, please email me directly.

More than 20 days before the tour:

✅ Full refund of your deposit, minus any transfer fees.
The refund will be issued in Thai Baht — the amount I originally received.

Between 15–20 days before the tour:

15% of your deposit will be refunded, in Thai Baht (net of any fees).

14 days or less before the tour:

❌ No refund can be given, as costs and scheduling commitments have already been made.

Additional Notes

  • All refunds are made in Thai Baht, using the same method through which you paid.

  • If a different payment method is used for your deposit, the same timeline and refund percentages will apply, based on the amount received after any transaction fees.
